StarShip is played in a 4 dimensional Universe.  Each Universe has Galaxies.

Each Galaxy has Solar systems

Each Solar System has CelestialBodies that are in sectors.

For each CelestialBody; there is what makes up the Celestial Body; Any life forms living or visiting.

Stars, Planets, Asteroids, are all CelestialBodies.

Each Player has their own personal spacecruiser, to start.  It has the bare essentials to Stay alive and Navigate within a Sector.  As the game progresses components can be added or upgraded to the spacecruiser. 

If some player want to be on a ship together, they can salvage the parts from their personal spacecruiser.  The Life pod is then attached to the Mother Ship.  It cost a lot if you don't have the knowledge.

Players can Team up and play against each other as teams.  They can go into their own Universe.

Player/programmers, can build new components and make them available to other players.   When a players purchases a submitted component, the credit is applied to the submitter's game account or a commission is sent to the submitter.

did a paper one a C-ship he did a good job of visual representation of time, light speed. The game incorporates a lot of his work.

Any thing in space, not created by lifeforms.

Lifeform--

is able or has been able to procrate, to evolve. There are lifeforms out there that can raditate damaging emmisions to some other lifeforms and yet look so harmless.  Be carefull

Like a car, ship, plane, spaceship, sensor array, satellite, etc.

used to detect and give reading, based on the type of sensor.

Play the Game and Progress. You get listed on the High Score web page. You will earn bonus Paid Time.  High Score for the Longest Time will get a cap each year. Play the Game and Learn. You Get Invited to the Recognition Bash. Earn bonus Paid Time,and a tee shirt(or cap) that shows your accomplishment.

The first mode is like most games, that computer will do a lot for you and let you concentrate on the Game at hand.

The second mode requires you to take over(some or all of) what the computer is doing. This requires not only skill, but knowledge.

One way is to watch the computer display as you play, the computer is telling what it is doing.

As you gain more skill and knowledge, you will gain a higher Commission, when you reach a given Status. You will be wrote up in your local news and Invited the the Recongition BASH.

This a dynamic Game. If you leave it, and come back, The vessel you had, may or may not be there.  A lot depends on your knowledge.

The skill in this game mode come from knowledge.

As in the real universe things are always changing.  So in this Universe.   There is no prediction of what will be.  Not even the programmers know.
